Alantra has acted as exclusive M&A sell-side adviser to CymbiQ Group AG (“CymbiQ”, the “Group”), a portfolio company of capiton AG, on the sale of Koch IT AG (“KIT”) and ISPIN AG (“ISPIN”) to Adnovum AG, a leading Swiss IT security services and software engineering group.
CymbiQ is a Swiss-based IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services group comprising the operating entities Koch IT, ISPIN and Anovis (Austria). The Group provides end-to-end cybersecurity solutions, including software development, systems integration, and managed security services, and serves a diversified customer base with a strong focus on enterprise and public-sector clients.
Adnovum AG is a Swiss IT security services and software engineering group specializing in secure digital solutions, including digital banking, cybersecurity, data and AI as well as enterprise software development. The transaction strengthens Adnovum’s cybersecurity capabilities and further expands its market presence.
As exclusive adviser to CymbiQ, Alantra supported the shareholder throughout the entire transaction process, advising on strategy, buyer outreach and execution to achieve a successful outcome.
