Addleshaw Goddard has announced the promotion of Gonzalo Fernández as a new Partner in its Corporate/M&A practice at the firm’s Spain office. This appointment reinforces the firm’s organic growth strategy and consolidates its position in corporate and transactional advisory.

Gonzalo Fernández brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and strategic advice for national and international companies. During his tenure at the firm, he has participated in highly complex transactions, standing out for his technical expertise, management skills, and contribution to the development of the Corporate/M&A team.

  • Cristina Esteban has extensive experience in Labor & Employment law, with a focus on workforce management across multiple sectors, restructurings, collective bargaining, and litigation.
