Adara Ventures announces its investment in TandemTrace, a Madrid-based cybersecurity startup that is transforming how organizations defend themselves in an era of AI-powered attacks.
Adara Ventures co-led the seed round together with Acurio Ventures, with the participation of Addendum Capital, supporting TandemTrace’s mission to empower modern Security Operations Centers (SOCs) with intelligent, autonomous AI agents.

Today’s attackers leverage AI, zero-day vulnerabilities, and cloud-native strategies to launch increasingly sophisticated and targeted campaigns. Founded by Israeli cybersecurity veteran and serial entrepreneur Almog Ohayon, TandemTrace is building an AI-powered security dream team: a suite of intelligent agents capable of autonomously investigating and responding to threats 24/7.
Ohayon previously founded Javelin Networks, a startup focused on internal threat defense and ransomware prevention, which was acquired by Symantec in 2018. After leading the R&D department at Symantec’s Israeli operations, Ohayon launched TandemTrace to address what he saw as the next evolution in cybersecurity: autonomous threat detection and response.
TandemTrace’s platform uses AI agents to identify hidden threats, investigate incidents, and autonomously contain breaches around the clock. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing security infrastructures, drastically reducing Mean Time to Detection (MTTD) and Mean Time to Response (MTTR), while easing the burden on human teams.
