Axon is pleased to announce its investment in O4IT, a large, leading cloud technology services company in Latin America.
Adding to its portfolio of digital economy investments, Axon aims to help the company grow further into different countries in the LatAm area and into North America. O4IT provides a number of services including desktop Servers and Applications Virtualisation, ICT infrastructure, cloud storage, security for files and information protection. It mainly focuses on small to medium size businesses.
Founded in 2005, O4IT now has offices in Bogota, Panama and Miami and looks to Axon for strategic advice, using its knowledge and contacts within the cloud technologies sector.
