BIGBAN Inversores Privados is the national network for early stage investors in Spain. It brings together more than 200 investors spread over 20 Spanish provinces in 13 communities. It is formed by Business Angels, Family Offices, Venture Capital funds, Corporate Venture, Clubs, Venture Builders, Crowdfunding, banks and other investment agents.
The association has been connecting, professionalizing and strengthening the private startup investment ecosystem for more than 16 years, being a meeting point between investors, corporations and innovative startups.

Information:
• Daily Newsletter: Daily newsletter, exclusively for members, with news and current events related to startup investment, venture capital, innovation and entrepreneurship.
• BIGBAN Report: Study on trends, preferences, requirements and inhibitors of startup investment in Spain that qualitatively analyzes the perspectives of all private investment actors.
• BIGBAN Talks: Short videos with interviews with relevant investors of the national investment ecosystem in open for RRSS and web. They are informal and formal interviews, which interpellate the most human and personal side of the investor, beyond decisions guided by investment thesis, pragmatism and reason.
Training:
• BIGBAN School: BIGBAN investment school with 12 editions that counts with the most experienced investors as teachers, to transfer to the investor who starts or who wants to consolidate his knowledge all the details from deck analysis, metrics to management of the investee or governance, including all the legal and fiscal part at the time of materializing the investment.
• BIGBAN Class: on a quarterly basis (topics change according to trends and members' needs). It is a webinar type training focused on a specific topic. Ex: new startup law, healtech sector trends... They are always conducted by a member (sharing knowledge from the network). All trainings that are conducted online or in hybrid format are then available on the member area for viewing.
Networking:
• BIGBAN Meet: pure networking event for members in different cities. Perfect opportunity to end the day meeting other members and generating synergies in a relaxed way.
• BIGBAN Connect: it takes place in cities on an itinerant basis. It is an opportunity to connect with the local ecosystem: corporates, BA's, VC's... Held in cities such as Malaga, Valencia, Madrid, Bilbao, Barcelona...
• BIGBAN Investors Congress: BIGBAN Investors Congress, the boutique event of the investment ecosystem, now in its 10th edition as the leading startup investment event, with the aim of creating a meeting point between the main players of the investment ecosystem, such as Business Angels, entrepreneurs, Family Offices, Corporates and VC's. In its tenth edition, the event is committed to recovering the enthusiasm for investing and facing the future of investment with optimism in an unmissable event where the best investors will meet once again this year. The event that will transform the way you invest.
Dealflow:
• BIGBAN Deck: One of the members of BIGBAN presents one of its investees, the CEO talks about his Startup and the characteristics of the round and then the investor talks about his experience with the investee: how he met them, what he liked or disliked at the beginning, how they have adapted to the customer, growth levers.... The investor's point of view is very interesting and is what really differentiates these sessions.
• Dealflow Area: Our members have access to the private member area where BIGBAN channels technology-based projects, in round, with a valuation up to 8M € pre-money. This dealflow is pre-filtered. That is, not all projects that apply, appear on the platform. Part of the board of directors (investors) is who approves the startup within the platform. On the platform you can filter by sector, valuation, minimum tícket, business model, sales model....
Co-investment:
• BIGBAN Club: BIGBAN offers different co-investment solutions to its members in order to diversify their investments.
• BIGBAN Match: Presentation of funds (VC) to BIGBAN members as an investment opportunity (as LPs).
