Dunas Capital Real Estate (DCRE), the independent real estate asset management platform of Dunas Capital Group, presented at the SIL 2026 trade fair in Barcelona (International Logistics Exhibition) the reconceptualization of its development in Noblejas.

NOBL Campus is presented as a city-building project centered around economic activity and employment in the municipality of Noblejas. The development is expected to generate more than 8,000 direct and indirect jobs, making the human factor and environmental planning central elements of the project.

With a total area of more than 2.5 million square meters, NOBL Campus is designed to become one of the most advanced and distinctive industrial ecosystems in Spain, integrating infrastructure, strategic operators, and a new vision of community linked to industrial and logistics activity within a single environment.

The project represents an evolution of the traditional logistics and industrial development model. Moving away from the conventional industrial park concept, NOBL Campus proposes an environment designed not only to enhance operational efficiency, but also to improve user experience, attract talent, and foster the creation of both business and urban community.

Under the concept “Where Industry Builds Community,” the development is structured around three interdependent layers: next-generation infrastructure, anchor operators, and a “Campus Life” proposition designed to create a dynamic, connected, and sustainable environment.

The Campus Life dimension plays a strategic role. NOBL Campus incorporates a holistic vision aimed at addressing current challenges in talent attraction and retention, providing real solutions linked to housing, mobility, training, and wellbeing.

The project includes residential solutions already designed to respond to the employment growth associated with the campus, promoting a model in which people can live, work, and develop professionally within a single connected and sustainable environment. This approach seeks to reduce commuting times, improve quality of life, and enhance job stability for tenant companies.

In addition, NOBL Campus will promote initiatives related to vocational training, technical skills development, and collaboration with educational institutions and local stakeholders, with the aim of creating a talent pipeline aligned with the needs of the new industrial and advanced logistics sectors.

Mobility is also one of the structural pillars of the project. The development includes specific solutions to facilitate connectivity for workers and operators, integrating road accessibility, public transport, and new mobility models adapted to a large-scale industrial ecosystem.

Alongside this, Campus Life will incorporate services and spaces dedicated to wellbeing and user experience: meeting areas, dining, sports facilities, proximity services, event programming, and environments designed to foster interaction between companies, professionals, and the wider community.
