Docline, the reference Digital Hospital in Spain, has closed a €4.6 million funding round. The operation involved the participation of Arcano Partners, through its Impacto Andalucía Innovación y Desarrollo fund (whose capital comes almost entirely from the FEDER program “Andalucía ERDF 2021-2027” and the Junta de Andalucía), and CDG Invest Morocco, two strategic partners that strengthen both the company’s national growth and international expansion.

Technology to Solve Healthcare Sector Challenges

With this capital injection, Docline will accelerate technological development based on artificial intelligence applied to clinical practice and business operations, expand its international partner network, and consolidate its positioning as a benchmark in B2B digital health for insurers and large corporations.

“This new stage will be characterized by a strong commitment to transforming the Digital Hospital, using Artificial Intelligence to address challenges such as waiting lists and cost optimization,” says Omar Najid, CEO and Co-founder of Docline. “Today, Docline is the only company in the market offering specialist medical appointments within a maximum of 48 hours, ensuring continuity of care and cost savings of 20–30% thanks to its end-to-end operational model.”

To date, the company has served over 2,000,000 patients remotely and, true to its mission, continues to invest in innovative solutions to make healthcare more accessible for anyone, anytime, anywhere.

Committed to Healthcare Since 2015

With a digital network of 6,000 doctors and more than 2 million patients served so far, Docline positions itself as a benchmark in digital health in Spain, having built a trusted relationship with a wide community of doctors, insurers, and other companies, leveraging its clinical expertise and a comprehensive 360º technological platform connected to 23,000 pharmacies across Spain.

A particularly revealing indicator of customer experience is its User Satisfaction Index, which stands at 87%, reflecting the excellent quality of service and loyalty of Docline users.

The company already operates in Morocco, providing services to large multinational corporations to care for their employees through health and wellness programs. Its expansion plans also include Latin America as a strategic region for integration with leading insurers.

Who Is Behind the Funding Round?

Arcano Partners invested through its vehicle, Impacto Andalucía Innovación y Desarrollo, whose capital comes almost entirely from the FEDER program “Andalucía ERDF 2021-2027” and the Junta de Andalucía. The fund aims to support projects and companies via equity or debt up to €15M that invest in research, development, innovation, and/or digitalization and are linked to Andalusia.

Another key investor is 212 Founders, the venture capital arm of CDG Invest in Morocco, which invests in strategic sectors to accelerate sustainable growth, drive digitalization, and strengthen the competitiveness of the business ecosystem in the country and the region.

To date, Docline has raised nearly €10 million and is in full growth mode to consolidate its position in Spain and Morocco and expand into other emerging markets facing challenges similar to the Spanish market.
