Jonathan Shi is joining N+1 as Senior Partner of the new Beijing office. Shi has over 20 years of investment banking experience in China-related transactions and especially in cross border deals between Europe, US and China, having worked on some of the most high profile M&A transactions in the region in a variety of industries. Prior to joining N+1, amongst other positions, Jonathan was Managing Director and Head of China M&A at Credit Suisse and Managing Director and Head of China at Lazard. He was also Managing Director and Head of Industrials for China at ABN AMRO Bank.

Shi’s long-standing career will add valuable knowledge to N+1’s team and will contribute to reach one of its main strategic goals, which is to develop a wider and deeper coverage of the Asian continent. His strong track record, expertise and deep knowledge of the region will reinforce N+1’s presence in Asia and especially in China.

With this incorporation, N+1 is present in 24 offices in 18 countries throughout Europe, US, Asia and Latam.
