Founding partner. Industrial Engineer and Lawyer.
More than 20 years of experience in start-ups as founder, director and investor.
He has advised more than 100 entrepreneurship projects, reviewed more than 1000 and worked with the main Venture Capital managers.
More than 10 years of experience as an investor with excellent results.
International career developed in France, Brazil and Belgium in different technological and industrial sectors.
He manages Grow Venture Partners and is in charge of the areas of New Business, Strategy and Finance.

Ignacio Sala
Partner.
Marketing PDD IESE, Master in Multimedia UIB and Bachelor in Law.
Co-founder of ATRAPALO.COM, with more than 20 years in the company based in Spain, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Argentina leading the Marketing Management.
Award for Best Marketing Director in 2009
Investor and successful serial entrepreneur.
Mentor in the Barcelona Activa acceleration programme.
At Grow Venture Partners he leads the Marketing and Communication areas and directs investments in the B2C area.

Marc Almendros
Partner.
Telecommunications Engineer, PhD ICO and MBA ESADE.
Co-founder of Signadyne, spin-off of the Institut de Ciències Fotòniques (ICFO). As CEO of the company, he led its sale to Keysight where he launched its Quantum Computing division, which he himself heads.
Extensive experience in technology transfer, product development and R&D.
At Grow Venture Partners he is in charge of Deep Tech companies.

Maria José Morales
Part-time partner.
Industrial Engineer.
Professional experience in the automotive sector in the areas of operations, purchasing, logistics and cost efficiency.
Serial entrepreneur in the energy sector.
Co-founder of the solar panel manufacturer Avant Solar and Petroprix, the largest chain of low-cost petrol stations in Spain.
At Grow Venture Partners she is in charge of companies in the area of Sustainability and advises investee companies in the area of operations.

The Blue Box, Developing a device capable of detecting and preventing breast cancer from a urine sample. We led this bridge round with the participation of the Danish fund Unconventional Ventures.

Sincrolab, Scaling up the commercialisation of a serious games platform with AI to treat ADHD. In this round, we supported Clave, who led the round.

Inmersia, Developing lenses that combine virtual reality and augmented reality in frames similar in size and shape to conventional glasses. In this round, we supported Bullnet, who led the round.

Tirecat Health, Spin-off from CSIC and ICN2, this company has a bioinspired regenerative platform that mimics biological processes to repair or regenerate tissues and organs. We participated in the company's founding round and led it, and now Fundación la Caixa and Caixa Capital Risc will join us.

Future Voltaics, Another spin-off from CSIC, this company has designed a photovoltaic energy system using vertical bifacial solar panels and reflectors, specifically to maintain optimal irradiation on the solar panels at all times without trackers or moving parts, reducing payback and increasing production and energy value.

Wiselectra, A company dedicated to equipment for balancing and optimising electrical grids to meet the challenges posed by the integration of distributed renewable energy production.
