COMMERCIAL LAW

In the area of Commercial Law, an important part of professional practice involves counselling on Mergers and Acquisitions, including acquisition and disposal of companies, corporate restructuring transactions (mergers, splits and other structural changes), joint ventures, investment agreements and partnership agreements, both national and cross-border.
