The music education startup based in Barcelona, Aulart, has closed an investment round of 800,000 euros which it will use to expand the team, accelerate its content catalog and grow its business in America. Along these lines, the startup will incorporate new musical genres to its collection and will explore new formats with which to reach all its users around the world.

Aulart is an online music education platform that offers music lovers and professionals the ability to learn through video masterclasses on a pay-per-view model. In addition, it offers masterclasses through Video On Demand, bootcamps and mentoring with prominent leading artists in the sector, professionals and international brands.

Its objective, therefore, is to bring the knowledge of these professionals closer to lovers of music content creation. To make this education more effective, Aulart wants to continue innovating, including the development of new digital educational methodologies, all thanks to this new round of funding.

The company plans to grow 300% this year and will offer a line of new products aimed at user acquisition and retention by 2021.

The financing round, of 800,000 euros, is led by 4Founders Capital, a fund that has in its investment portfolio successful startups such as Holded, Hubuc or The Hotels Network, among others.
