CDI Global Iberia, a company specialized in advising companies on Mergers and Acquisitions processes (M&A), has advised the telecommunications operator Free Technologies Excom on the entry of Formentor Capital as a new partner of reference in the company.
This operation allows Excom to accelerate the consolidation initiated 3 years ago in the local operator sector, aimed towards providing better telecommunications access and service to under-served populations by large operators. The combination of talent and knowledge of the management team in the telco sector, the experience in build-up processes and the capital of Formentor are the driving force behind the ambitious business plan.
Pablo Martí together with Jose Varas - both partners of CDI Global Iberia - have led the advisory, as they have wide experience and deep knowledge of the telecommunications sector, where they have previously participated in transactions with now consolidated operators such as Masmovil or Adamo.
