Logicor, Blackstone’s European logistics platform and a leading operator of modern facilities in Europe, announces the acquisition of a portfolio of six high-quality Spanish logistics assets from Gran Europa, the leading Spanish developer of logistics centers in central Spain.
The 319,000 square meters portfolio is located to the North East of Madrid in the Henares corridor, Spain's main logistics hub. The properties are fully let, and key occupiers include Leroy Merlin, Primark, Logiters and C&A. With this acquisition, Logicor's portfolio now totals in excess of 640,000 square meters in Spain and 5.8 million square meters across key markets in Europe.
Logicor was advised by CBRE and Garrigues.
