Nexxus Iberia Fund II will invest in 8 - 10 companies in Spain with the objective of delivering above industry returns to its investors through its differentiated business model. The Fund will make investments of between €15 million to €30 million, through majority and significant minority stakes.
We partner with entrepreneurs and management teams to support and enhance their growth plan with a partial or joint exit horizon of 4-5 years.
Nexxus Iberia's partners have proven experience in boosting the growth of companies through:
- Support in the definition of strategy, aligning interests and seeking sustainable, long-term value.
- International expansion, mainly in Europe and Latin America.
- Updating and improvement of internal processes, establishment of reporting mechanisms, financial monitoring and auditing.
- Implementation of growth strategies via acquisitions: Support in the selection of suitable targets, transaction support and search for financing. We have experience in the acquisition and integration of 80 companies and brands for investee companies in Spain, Portugal and Mexico.
- Adoption of technological and digitalised strategies

- Implementation of corporate governance measures: constitution of a board with people with experience in the sector, compliance policies and best practices.

EXPANSION TO LATAM
Our partnership with Nexxus Capital shapes our strategy, unique in the Spanish market, as we are able to accelerate international expansion into Latin America (especially Mexico) and the southern US thanks to Nexxus Capital's infrastructure, contacts and 20+ years of knowledge of the Mexican market.
In particular, we help our portfolio companies to:
- obtain local financing
- design entry strategies - optimise logistics costs (outsourcing, supply chain management) - secure commercial and strategic opportunities (incl. build ups/JVs) - recruit top-level management and advisors - understand local regulations, including import restrictions, tax implications, and repatriation of capital
- have early access to potential clients, partners, and other local market experts
