Inclimo Climate Tech Fund is the first investment vehicle of the fund manager The Climate Hub, the result of the collaboration between Gerard Olivé (co-founder of Antai Ventures), Álex Pardo (director of venture capital and corporate services at Sorigué) and Fernando Casado (founder of the sustainability consultancy GlobalCAD, with extensive previous experience in the UN).
It is a fund that invests in ClimateTech technology startups, mainly in sectors such as UtilityTech (Energy and Water), Agro and FoodTech, PropTech, Mobility, Circular Economy and DataTech.
We are a team of professionals passionate about supporting companies that are contributing to a more sustainable and carbon-free society. We have been dedicated to sustainability for over 20 years; to empowering companies in the technology sector and to investing through venture capital funds to scale and accelerate their growth and impact.
We believe that these three competencies together form a unique complementarity to bring value and leadership to the companies that end up in our portfolio.

With a target size of €40M, we will invest in 25-30 companies in Seed, pre-Series A or Series A stages. We prioritise startups with potential to reduce greenhouse gases, profitable, scalable, with robust ESG strategies and able to attract additional investment.
The verticals of these early investments are Circular Economy, Energy and Sustainable Mobility, with SaaS and Marketplace business models.
We invest tickets between 100,000 euros and 1 million euros and up to 2 million euros.

Due to our objectives and mission, we will only invest in technologies with the potential to reduce greenhouse gases significantly, in a quantifiable and scalable way.
Cost-effective and scalable
We believe that the companies that will lead the shift towards decarbonised societies are those that will offer products and services that respond to society's growing needs, and will therefore be highly profitable and have a scalable growth proposition.
ESG Strategy
Due to the need to align growth objectives with existing sustainability challenges, we will only invest in companies that are willing to incorporate ESG strategies and align their management model with social and environmental impact objectives.
Other investors
We believe in partnerships and the ability to solve global climate challenges together. Therefore, we will only invest in companies that can attract additional investment from other investment partners.
