Juan Luis Larrumbe Lara. Partner

Graduate in Economics from the University of Barcelona and Professor of Financial and Tax Accounting at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He is a founding partner of GNL Russell Bedford since 1983 together with Ricardo García-Nieto Conde. He is a member of the Official Register of Chartered Accountants of Spain and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Spain.

Ricardo García-Nieto Serratosa. Partner

Graduate in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona, member of the Official Register of Statutory Auditors, and Master's Degree in Tax Consultancy and Management from ESADE. He worked at KPMG for eight years in the Audit, Transaction Services & Restructuring, and Tax - Transfer Pricing departments. He joined GNL Russell Bedford in 2011, leading the Financial Advisory Services team. Ricardo is a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Auditing at the Colegio de Censores de Cuentas.

Germán Cambra. Partner

Graduate in Business Administration and Management from IQS - Pompeu Fabra University and Master in Auditing. He joined GNL Russell Bedford in 2016, after seven years at Deloitte in the Audit (2 years) and Transaction Services and Valuation (5 years) departments.

Jacobo García-Nieto . Partner

Graduate in Business Administration and Management and MBA from ESADE and Master in Tax Administration and Management from ESADE. Jacobo joined GNL Russell Bedford in January 2016, after more than 4 years of experience at Deloitte and 5 years at KPMG in the Audit, Transaction Services, Restructuring and Global Transfer Pricing Services departments. He is a member of the Official Register of Chartered Accountants of Spain and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Spain.

Javier Concejo

Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and MBA from IE Business School and Babson College. Javier joined GNL Russell Bedford in 2019 as a Partner in the Financial Advisory Services Department. He has worked for more than 7 years at Deloitte in the Financial Advisory Services area and has extensive experience in restructuring processes, preparation of financial due diligence reports, valuation and purchase price allocation (PPA) work and preparation of expert reports.

Jesús Delgado

Law graduate from the University of Barcelona. Jesús joined GNL Russell Bedford in 2021 as a Partner in the Tax Department, and has extensive experience in various sectors as a tax advisor. He has worked at firms such as Andersen, Garrigues and KPMG. Jesús is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.

Jacob Jordà. Partner of Governance, Risk & Compliance

With a Master's Degree FGAP (Public Administration Management Function) from ESADE, a Master's Degree in Urban and Heritage Management from Ramon Llull University and a Postgraduate Degree in Criminal Compliance from the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona, Jacob is an Auditor of the UNE 19.601 Criminal Compliance Standard and ISO 37.001 Anti-bribery, Vice-president of the Catalan Compliance Association COMPCAT and API member nº 2445 in I.C.A.P.I of Barcelona.

Juan Carlos Rovira. Partner of Corporate Finance

A graduate in Economics from the University of Barcelona, he is a member of the Official Register of Chartered Accountants of Spain, as well as of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Spain. Juan Carlos joined GNL Russell Bedford in 2017 to strengthen the Corporate Finance area, thanks to his more than 25 years of experience as a consultant in the field
