In 2001 we created a professional services firm that offers personalised and comprehensive advice on tax, commercial, labour, procedural, general legal-business, financial and accounting matters.
We have a team with more than 30 years of professional experience, both in advising clients and in the internal management of work groups and projects.
To complete our professional objective, in 2016 we joined an international firm of German origin, ETL GLOBAL, which has more than 800 offices and is present in more than 50 countries, providing international coverage to the global needs of our clients.
In this line, and in order to consolidate our vocation for excellence in the provision of our professional services, we have incorporated into our group:

OUR PARTNER
ETL GLOBAL
In 1971, a group of professionals led by Franz-Josef Wernze - two of them coming from the German Federal Tax Inspectorate - founded a tax consultancy firm in Essen (Germany) under the name of ETL. Within a few years, the firm has become well established and successful in offering its services in the German oil distribution sector and in the field of services to small and medium-sized industrial and service companies in Germany.
The firm and its associates have achieved this positioning by separating themselves from the prevailing model in the tax advisory sector led by the so-called ‘big four’, both in terms of the type of target client (not only seeking to work with large listed companies) and the role of the professionals with their clients (from junior to partner in ETL, they must be intensely involved with their clients).
In 2011, the international expansion of the ETL Global group began after having achieved a notorious position in Germany, where it ranks 5th in the ranking of professional services firms in terms of turnover and professionals. In this international expansion, we have sought and found partners with a philosophy and objectives similar to those characteristic of ETL, who could be integrated into the global project without losing their own personality and characteristics.
In 2014 ETL GLOBAL arrived in Spain, with the initial integration of different offices in Madrid and Barcelona, reaching the seventh position in the ranking of professional services firms. It continues to expand in other cities and services with the aim of remaining in the top ten of this ranking, so that small and medium-sized Spanish companies have a firm of reference and trust to support their development.
Our firm, as a member of the ETL GLOBAL group and due to its professional relationships in the past, has a close collaboration with other law firms specialised in advising in any branch of law in more than 50 foreign jurisdictions (Europe, United States, Latin America, Asia...), which allows us to cover all the needs of our clients with a clear vocation for excellence.
