Axon Partners Group’s Investment Division has joined O4IT in Colombia to announce its Investment in the leading cloud technology services company, and the launch of O4IT’s digital platform CloudNow.
The press conference was held at the B.O.G Hotel, Bogotá this week and was hosted by O4IT’s senior staff and Axon’s LatAm investment professionals. Guests included Ramón Gandarias Alonso de Celis, the Spanish Ambassador to Colombia.
O4IT’s CloudNow is an all-in-one platform aimed at service providers, which covers everything needed to create a successful cloud service operation.
Axon is supporting the company’s further growth into different countries in the LatAm area and into North America. O4IT provides a number of services including desktop Servers and Applications Virtualisation, ICT infrastructure, cloud storage, security for files and information protection. It mainly focuses on small to medium size businesses.
Founded in 2005, O4IT now has offices in Bogota, Panama and Miami and looks to Axon for strategic advice, using its knowledge and contacts within the cloud technologies sector.
