Ulises Vegas is Business Degree by Complutense University Madrid and Chartered Accountant. His postgraduate background includes: General Management Program –PDG- (IESE), Private Equity Program – London Business School (LBS) UK, as well as additional specialised courses on financial, tax and legal.

He is a financial advisor expert on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), as well as in strategic corporate advisory and post-deal services. He is specialised on cross-border deals for large corporates and multinational (local and international), private companies and financial investors. He also counts with experience on integration projects (PMI), change management, turnaround and restructuring.

Ulises has developed multinational and cross-border deals in a multicultural environment. His professional activity has been developed along more than 25 years as Finance Director, Business & Corporate Development in a number of multinational corporates. Currently, is corporate financial advisor with sound experience on projects on renewable sectors, industrials, services, TMT, distribution B2C, retail and direct marketing. Prior joining Grafton Corporate, he worked for Clairfield International, One to One Corporate Finance, The Phone House, Milupa / Nutricia, Karl Storz Endoscopia Ibérica and PWC.
