Radford, based in Tulsa (Oklahoma), was founded in 1952 and has 3 subsidiaries (OCV, AMS and Precision Coatings).
OCV is a leader in the development and commercialization of automatic valves for hydraulic control. The US firm, which exports its products to the entire world, develops valves for fuel supply, oil measurement and distribution, working for a wide range of sectors: aviation, fire control, mining, plumbing, hydraulic works and service terminals.
AMS is a machining specialist working with a variety of materials (steel, iron, aluminum, nikel, bronze and more). Precision Coatings offers coating and painting of metal parts for Radford and third parties. Radford, with a turnover of 12 million dollars, has a staff of 60 employees and a production plant of c. 1,500sqm in Tulsa.
MAT Holding is a business group that operates in the crop and water treatment industries. In its activity, it develops and produces efficient and sustainable solutions for crop protection, irrigation efficiency and water treatment.
The acquisition strengthens the control valve division of MAT Holding and expands its international presence in North America, as well as in South Korea and Japan, becoming a worldwide reference in the control valve sector.
