Sabadell Corporate Finance has exclusively advised the shareholders of Sando Gestión Social, S.L. on the sale of 100% of the shares to DomusVi Group, one of the leaders in Europe in the elderly care sector.
Sando Gestión Social operates Sayoa Center, in Pamplona, one of the main mental health facilities in the north of Spain, with 120 bed and 20 daycare places. The center has two specialized care modules, one for dependent elderly people and the other dedicated to mental illness.
DomusVi is one of the European leaders in the sociosanitary sector with over 300 centers and 28,000 employees.
In Spain, DomusVi is the leader both in the elderly sector, with more than 161 centers and over 22,000 beds, and the mental health segment, where its subsidiary Casta Salud, through which the transaction has been completed, is one of the main operators.
