Continuing the trend of recent years, in 2018 the main venture capital and M&A deal rankings recognized the work of RCD and its professionals among the most active advisors.
Firstly, the highly-regarded TTR ranking, the most comprehensive source of information on transactions in the Iberian market, has ranked RCD as the leading firm in terms of number of private equity and venture capital deals advised in Spain, and as one of the most active firms in the M&A market. Over the last few years the firm has continued to be a leader in both categories.
On an individual level, five of the firm’s partners–Iñaki Frías, Oscar Alegre, Carles Ros, David Villa and Javier Olmos–have been ranked among the most active professionals in the market.
Meanwhile, the preeminent source of news and financial information, Bloomberg, has also ranked RCD as one of the most active firms in M&A deals, placing it as one of the top 3 firms in the Iberian market.
