The investment was made through the purchase of shares, carried out together with the Capital MAB fund managed by the Catalan Institute of Finance ("ICF"), to one of the founding investors of the company that had already completed its investment cycle, Highgrowth Innovation FCR, endowing the company with a stable shareholder and committed to the development of the company. Additionally, the company has been provided with up to € 1,700,000 for the purchase of companies through the use of a quasi-equity instrument, convertible bonds, common in this market and which has been very useful in other reference transactions in the sector.
