The latest Customer Satisfaction Survey results reveal very positive data relating to customers’ perception about the service offered by COFIDES, as well as management performance. The overall satisfaction index is 4.11 out of 5 and a rating between "very good" and "excellent". The conclusions also highlight the high level of fulfilment in line with expectations and customer satisfaction which reached a rating of 4.32 out of 5.

Overall, the survey reveals COFIDES´ high level of quality year after year in its service provision and its employees, enhancing its efficiency and diligence.

Furthermore, the positive data on customer loyalty once again proved to be very relevant, since all respondents (100%) stated that they would return to work with the company.

It should also be noted that the most recent and smaller clients stress that the service provided is good and in line with their expectations. With this, COFIDES fulfils one of the goals set out in its current Strategic Plan, to focus its attention on SME internationalisation projects.

Finally, COFIDES’ most important values are the professionalism of its employees and management team, their close and personal treatment of the customer, as well as their qualified knowledge, interest and flexibility. Experience, international business knowledge and understanding of the market risks are other aspects most valued by their customers.

This is a survey that COFIDES performs anonymously every year to understand their customers’ satisfaction levels, as well as to assess their quality index, in order to improve their day-to-day service and the support that they provide.
