A Cuatrecasas team of lawyers advised Frugarva on its sale to GPF Capital. With this acquisition, Frugarva forms part of The Fruit Company project, promoted by GPF Capital. The added production and distribution capacity of this project will help consolidate the group’s leading position in the Spanish and European citrus sectors.

Frugarva supplies over 70,000 tons of fruit per year to its national and international clients and has an annual turnover of over €50 million.

After this integration, Frugarva’s founding family will continue to manage the rural property business.

The Cuatrecasas team that advised on this highly complex transaction was made up of Corporate and Commercial Practice lawyers Francisco J.M. Maroto, Ana Álvarez Freijeiro and María Corzo Sánchez, and Tax Practice lawyers Carlos Ferrer de Haro and Beatriz Millán Gómez.
