COFIDES conducts a satisfaction survey annually and the 2019 edition found that the clients consulted rate the services provided by the company as “excellent”. Furthermore, the overall satisfaction index remains very high, scoring 4.44 out of 5 points. Thus, the rating given by clients showed an improvement compared to the previous two years (4.31).

This satisfaction survey involves marking, on a scale of 1 to 5 (with 5 being the highest score and "excellent"), ten essential aspects of the provision of their services.

Among other results, the following stand out:

  • Clear improvement in flexibility and creativity in problem-solving when it comes to responding to financing eventualities of all kinds.
  • Agility in the immediate resolution of problems, resulting in a notable improvement with respect to the 2018 evaluation.
  • Coordination between different areas scores highly again this year, although with a slightly lower mark. COFIDES shall thus continue to pay special attention to this issue.
  • The simplicity of the documentation required is an aspect which receives a lower score, as on previous occasions. However, progress has been observed and this year satisfaction levels were high, with a rating of over 4 points.

Finally, the most significant attributes of COFIDES which clients identified are their direct and professional attention, the level of advice provided, as well as flexibility and agile problem solving.
